Return and Refund Policy

At Spark Studios, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason once an order has been placed.

By placing an order through Spark Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Spark Studios are final and non refundable. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to provide a refund or accept a return for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

No longer wanting the item

Ordering the wrong product

Ordering the wrong size or variation

Ordering the wrong quantity

Finding the item elsewhere

Personal circumstances

Shipping delays

Carrier delays

Changes to the estimated delivery date

Missing an estimated delivery timeframe

Package delays caused by the shipping carrier

Incorrect delivery expectations

Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase

Failure to read the product description before ordering

Failure to review product specifications before ordering

Please carefully review your order, product information, sizing, specifications, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are submitted. Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, even if the order has not yet shipped.

Placing an order means you are committing to the purchase and agreeing to this policy.

Shipping Delays

Spark Studios provides estimated shipping and delivery timeframes when available. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery dates and estimated arrival times may change due to circumstances outside of Spark Studios’s control, including carrier delays, weather, routing issues, processing delays, transportation issues, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

A change or delay in the estimated delivery date does not qualify an order for a refund, return, cancellation, or other form of reimbursement.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for the transportation and final delivery of the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Spark Studios is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently reported as missing or stolen.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure shipping address at checkout.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check the delivery location, mailbox, property, and surrounding areas.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before completing their purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Spark Studios cannot guarantee that the package can be redirected or recovered.

Orders that are returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item, contact us at sparkstudios.business.contact@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

While all sales are final, Spark Studios may review the situation on a case by case basis. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, replacement, return, or other form of compensation.

Any resolution offered by Spark Studios is determined solely at our discretion.

Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, compatibility information, and other product details before purchasing.

Spark Studios is not responsible for a customer’s failure to review or understand the information provided on the product page before placing an order.

Exchanges

Spark Studios does not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, color, variation, or quantity, you must place a new order.
